Do I need a card to start?

No. The Free plan is free forever. You only enter payment info if you choose to upgrade to Active.

What counts as a booking?

Any confirmed appointment, whether the customer came through the chat, the WhatsApp link, or you logged a walk-in. Cancelled bookings don't count against your quota.

What happens if I hit 20 bookings on Free?

Your booking page shows a "currently paused" message until next month, or until you upgrade to Active. Your existing bookings still work — only new ones are blocked.

Can I downgrade later?

Yes. You can move from Active back to Free at any time. The next month resets your 20-booking cap.

How do I pay for Active?

UPI right now. After you click Upgrade we share a QR code or payment link directly. We are working on auto-renewal — for now it is monthly invoice via WhatsApp.

What about WhatsApp send costs?

WhatsApp Cloud API is free for the first 1,000 conversations per month, which covers most tier-2 businesses entirely. We do not charge a markup.
